• Residential gardens of Hon’ble Chief Minister, all Council Ministers,

• Speaker,

• Dy. Speaker,

• Chief Whip,

• Government Whip,

• Chief Justice of High Court,

• Hon’ble Judges of High Court,

• Chairman and Vice Chairman of Administrative Tribunal,

• Lokayukta and UpaLokayukta.

Protocol duties (floral arrangement/arrangement of plants)

• Independence day, Republic day and State formation day celebrations.

• Jayanthi day celebrations of  Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. B.R Ambedkar and Dr. BabuJagjeevan Ram and Vardhanti celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

• Other State functions like Swearing-in-Ceremony, Nandi Film awards etc., as declared by the Government from time to time.

• Reception and send off arrangements of VVIPs programme at Airport.

DD(Tech) & DDH

• Administrative financial head and authority competent to accord sanction for all financial, accounts and administrative matters.

• Overall supervision and administration of Government Gardens with the assistance of AD(Tech)

• Drawing and Disbursing Officer of O/o Government Gardens.

• He is overall in-charge of Urban Farming (Vegetable) scheme

AD(T)

• Assistance to the DD(Tech) in administrative matters

• Protocol duties in-charge.

• Beautification of Public Garden.

Supervisor Grade-I, II & III

• They are in-charge of upkeep and maintenance of existing gardens.

• Attend protocol works of State Functions, exhibitions, Horticulture Shows arrangements of foliage and flowering pots for decoration during the events.
